We know that we will live in uncertain times. With everything going on around us, it is hard to adjust to this new state of “normal” amidst the Coronavirus outbreak. While we practice social distancing and remain in our homes as much as possible, the last thing you need to worry about is a problem with your home’s plumbing. Powell’s Plumbing remains open during this time and we are here to assure you that when you still need us most, we will be there for you.
To ensure the safety and health of you and your family, as well as our technicians, we have enacted several safety measures including:
- Between every appointment, technicians will thoroughly sanitize all tools and equipment entering the home.
- All technicians will wear gloves, protective footies, and masks upon request.
- Every member of our team washes their hands frequently throughout each shift, especially in between appointments.
- All of our staff has been instructed to stay home if they are feeling ill, reducing exposure.
We know that you put your trust into us by inviting us into your home, and we will do everything we can to keep you safe, while expertly fixing any issues you have with your plumbing. Now is a time for us to all come together and do our part, and at Powell’s Plumbing we will always be here for you. Contact us today to learn more about our safety protocol, or to schedule an appointment for your plumbing or septic service and repairs.
